Engineering

Using software ranging from spreadsheet programs to CAD software.
You will receive even more extensive documentation after just a few days.

Assembly

Certified assembly according to SCC*. Occupational safety is our top priority.
Only trained personnel who have been instructed by experienced fitters for at least 1 year are deployed.

Maintenance

Although the electrical trace heating systems are almost maintenance-free, we recommend annual inspections to avoid operational failure.

Manufacturing

In-house production in Waltrop, NRW, Germany.
0 % outsourced production = 100 % Germany.
Certified to ISO 9001 and IEC 80079-34.

Commissioning

Measurement after installation, which we call cold commissioning, is obligatory for us. We are happy to provide support with measurements after insulation and hot commissioning under voltage.

Repair

Is a repair still worthwhile? This question is often asked. We answer “yes” in most cases. However, in the event of a total loss, we will replace the defective components.
