Electric heat tracing for land and marine loading arms
Electric heat tracing
We design loading arm heating around the product, arm geometry and operating cycle. Articulated joints, moving sections and insulation are considered together to support product flow during transfer.

Accommodating movement and connections
Cable routing must suit the loading arm's movement. Fixings, accessible terminations and sensor positions are coordinated with the equipment owner. Cable construction is selected for the temperature, mechanical conditions and any specified hazardous-area requirements.
Coordinating heating, insulation and controls
Heating circuits and measuring points are assigned to the relevant arm sections. Insulation affects heat loss and access for maintenance. We can coordinate insulation work with partner companies and agree the required control and monitoring interfaces.
Information for your enquiry
Please provide arm drawings, pipe sizes, product data, target and maximum temperatures, ambient conditions, power supply and hazardous-area classification. Identify moving sections and the required supply and installation scope. Our loading arm checklist helps organise the information.
