Arranging the heated areas
Depending on the construction, heating elements may be placed near the base or on column surfaces. Contact area, installation space and access determine the arrangement. Fixings and subsequent building work are coordinated with the relevant trades.
Monitoring the relevant temperatures
Sensors should measure the areas relevant to protection. Their positions, controls and any alarms are designed for the construction. Circuit allocation and test results are documented before concealment to support later inspections.
Information for your enquiry
Send the number, material and dimensions of the columns and details of bases and floor construction. Include room temperatures, insulation, construction stage and power supply. Photographs and drawings are particularly useful for existing buildings.
