Matching heater and connection

Heated length, output, voltage and termination must suit the door. Cable routing is coordinated with moving parts and connections. Retrofit work starts with checking installation space and the door manufacturer's information.

Checking temperature and function

The control arrangement depends on the selected heater design. Agreed electrical checks are completed and documented after installation. Door mechanics, seal condition and moisture entry also matter when investigating recurring icing.

New door heating or a replacement?

For a new system, send the door type, frame drawing, dimensions and temperature requirements. For replacements, include the nameplate, electrical data and photographs. Use the cold store heating enquiry for new projects and the spare parts area for individual replacements.
