Define heated length and electrical data
For series resistance heating, voltage, length and resistance form one design. Changing length can change current and output. We coordinate the heated section with cold leads, temperature control and any required limitation. Existing assembly data is recorded before selecting a replacement.
Replacement using existing system data
Send the full marking and, where possible, photographs of the installed component. Include quantity, location and requested date. We identify the part against the existing plant and agree a specific construction with you.
Support from Pro Therm
You can request supply together with advice, design or replacement support. For electric heat tracing, Pro Therm has its own installation teams working internationally. Thermal insulation can be offered with partner companies. The appropriate scope is agreed for your project.
