Pro Therm assembles mineral-insulated heating units with soldered cold leads to specification. The starting points are the required heating geometry and a clearly defined electrical design. Heated sections, connection leads and mechanical terminations are coordinated with the plant or procurement documents.

Specify the complete heating assembly
A mineral-insulated assembly is specified by its heated section, cold leads and terminations. Length, resistance and supply must agree. Sheath material, bending constraints and temperatures at heated sections and transitions form part of the review. Replacement is assessed against the existing electrical and mechanical arrangement.
Replacement using existing system data
Send the full marking and, where possible, photographs of the installed component. Include quantity, location and requested date. We identify the part against the existing plant and agree a specific construction with you.
Support from Pro Therm
You can request supply together with advice, design or replacement support. For electric heat tracing, Pro Therm has its own installation teams working internationally. Thermal insulation can be offered with partner companies. The appropriate scope is agreed for your project.
