Commissioning
Measurement after installation, which we refer to as cold commissioning, is mandatory for us. We are happy to assist with measurement after insulation and with hot commissioning under voltage.
Professional commissioning is crucial for the safe and reliable operation of electric trace heating systems. We consider cold commissioning after installation to be mandatory and an integral part of our quality standards.
During cold commissioning, all heating circuits are tested using measuring equipment. This includes insulation measurements, resistance measurements, and checking that the heating systems have been installed and labeled correctly. These tests are carried out with the power off and serve to identify and rectify any installation errors or damage at an early stage.
After the thermal insulation has been installed, we can also assist with post-insulation measurements on request to ensure that no damage has been caused by subsequent work. In addition, we are happy to assist you with hot commissioning under voltage, during which the heating systems are tested and adjusted under real operating conditions.
In doing so, we check the function of the control and monitoring technology, check switching points, and ensure that the desired holding temperatures are reliably achieved.
