Pipelines

The classic areas of application for pipe trace heating include frost protection for pipelines, prevention of condensation, and maintaining the temperature of liquids and gases. We also implement demanding applications such as heating processes, temperature increases, and use as instantaneous water heaters.

They are used wherever process reliability, energy efficiency, and operational continuity are crucial—for example, in the chemical and petrochemical industries, the food and beverage industry, energy and environmental technology, plant and mechanical engineering, and building and supply engineering.

Every pipeline has its own requirements. That is why we rely on individually designed trace heating systems – from the selection of the appropriate heating conductor type (self-limiting or constant power output) to the appropriate control and measurement technology and optimal thermal insulation. Our solutions cover a wide temperature range from frost protection (5 °C) to process heating above 300 °C.

During design and planning, we take both technical and economic aspects into account to ensure safe and long-lasting operation with the lowest possible energy consumption.
