Not every application can be covered by standard solutions. At Pro Therm, we also develop special heating systems that are precisely tailored to the specific requirements of your processes. We take both technical conditions and economic aspects into account in order to implement the optimal solution for your plant.
Our special heating systems can be designed for a wide range of applications, whether for unusual geometries, special media, or extremely demanding operating conditions. These include, among others:
Temperature maintenance above >400°C, even at very low ambient temperatures
Heating solutions with changes in the aggregate state of the medium for complex systems or components
Custom heating cable systems, in particular heating rods, heating mats, or heating pads, adapted to size, shape, and medium
We work closely with our customers: We analyze the requirements, develop a concept, select the appropriate heating technologies, and implement the special heating system, including installation and commissioning, as well as integration into existing control systems if required.
