Dust extraction in industrial plants, especially in incineration or power plants, places special demands on process reliability. If the temperature falls below the dew point, moisture and condensate can form, causing the filtered particles to clump together and impairing conveyability. Electric heating systems ensure reliable temperature maintenance and prevent deposits or blockages.

Our systems are designed to operate continuously and efficiently even under extreme operating conditions. By combining precisely tailored heating technology, temperature control, and protective measures, we ensure that dust discharge systems remain continuously functional and that the material flow is secured.

We use various heating cable technologies to achieve temperature maintenance processes from 80°C to over 300°C.
