Tubular heating elements / heating rods

Tubular heating elements and heating rods from Pro Therm are designed for applications that require very high heating capacities in confined spaces. Their high power density makes them particularly suitable for processes in which holding temperatures of over 400 °C must be achieved safely and continuously – even under demanding industrial conditions.

The heating rods are mechanically flexible and can be adapted to different installation situations. This allows them to be used in both straight and curved designs, for example in containers, pipe systems, or special constructions. The design for operating voltages up to 900 V also allows efficient power transmission even under high demands.

Various diameters and different sheath materials are available for optimum adaptation to the respective application. This allows the tubular heating elements to be specifically tailored to high temperatures, aggressive media, or special mechanical loads. They can be manufactured in lengths of up to 7 meters, offering sufficient scope for both compact and longer installation situations.
