Commissioning

During warm commissioning, we test your underfreeze protection system under real operating conditions and check the control technology and power consumption.

For your electrical underfreeze protection systems, we offer optional commissioning after installation. At Pro Therm, this so-called cold commissioning is a standard quality assurance measure and is performed as a matter of course. During this initial test, all heating circuits are checked using measuring equipment before the system is energized. This includes insulation and resistance measurements, as well as verifying the correct installation and labeling of each component. These tests are performed with the system de-energized and serve to identify any potential installation errors or damage early on.

Upon request, we can also assist you with a subsequent system check after the thermal insulation has been installed. This ensures that no issues have arisen with the system during any subsequent construction or installation work.

Finally, if required, we can also oversee the warm commissioning, during which the frost protection system is tested under real-world operating conditions. This involves checking the control and monitoring devices, verifying switching points, and setting the desired temperature values to guarantee reliable operation.
