You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving the goods. Please note that the goods must be returned in their original condition and in their original packaging.

#### 3. Return costs
The customer shall bear the costs for the return shipment, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. incorrect or defective product). In such a case, we will bear the return costs.
#### 4. Refund
Once we have received and inspected the returned goods, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. This can take up to 14 days. Please note that additional processing times may apply depending on the payment provider.
#### 5. Exceptions
Some items are excluded from returns, these include
- Personalized items
- Custom-made products
